Where Is My Carefree Order?
We understand it can be frustrating waiting for your order without an exact estimated time of arrival. If your current order status shows "Shipped" then we ask that you please wait 24 hours from the date of your order status change email, and then please check your junk folder for tracking details. The tracking number emails are automatically sent out and often times end up getting filtered by spam.
If your current order status shows "Awaiting Shipment", and it has been more than 5 business days, we can look into the estimated shipment date (ESD) for you.
